Interested in reserving one of our classrooms, the PDR, or other spaces at Martel?
Note: only Martelians can reserve spaces at Martel.
No reservations can be made for Martel 101, 103, and 104 between the times of 8:30am-5:30pm. The Registrar controls the space during this time for classes. If you want to use these rooms during this time, please contact the registrar. Reservations for the Martel Kitchen must be made by a Martelian who has completed the Kitchen Training quiz and in-person session. In the event of a class reservation, a space request must be made to Parliament a week prior to the reservation. Contact the VP to submit a space request.
Use the link to the following Google Form to reserve a space. The form should automatically add your response to the calendar and you should get a confirmation e-mail, unless the space has already been booked for that time.

For any private parties, please complete CJ Nathaniel’s Ascher’s Google Form as well!
The private party registration form is used to register private parties (crawls included) with the CJ. It includes relevant information that CJ would need in order to best assist the hosts should things go wrong such as location, other crawl stops, time, drinks being served etc. This form will only be seen by the standing Chief Justice [Nathan Calzat (863) 602-9368] and the court and exists to ease the process of CJ approval of parties. If you have any questions about the form please feel free to ask.
